Descriptif / description

Ce gîte confortable, aménagé sur 3 niveaux, accueille vos envies de nature, calme et sérénité.

Vieille maison ardéchoise rénovée avec amour selon des principes écologiques ( wc à économie d'eau, chauffe-eau solaire...) où le travail du bois, les enduits muraux, les mosaïques des salles de bain et la décoration rendent ce lieu chaleureux et cocooning.

Au RDC, cuisine entièrement équipée, salle à manger (poêle à bois), salle d'eau et WC.
Au 1er, grand salon (canapé convertible 2 personnes, lecteur DVD + écran, nombreux jeux, bibliothèque), 2 chambres de 2 personnes et 1 chambre de 3 personnes (1 lit double et 1 lit simple). Grande salle d'eau décorée de mosaïques avec 3 douches, WC écologique à économie d'eau.

Au 2ème, 1 chambre 2 personnes (lit jumelables) et 1 dortoir mansardé équipé de 4 lits 1 personne. Salle d'eau mansardée décorée de mosaïques, WC écologique à économie d'eau.

A l'extérieur, vous pouvez vous détendre au doux son du ruissellement de la source et faire une ballade dans les bois qui bordent la maison. De nombreux chemins de randonnée partent du gîte (topo guide pédestre et vtt à votre disposition).

Connexion internet, chauffage central, chauffe-eau solaire, salon de jardin, cour intérieure. Tous services et commerces à Vernoux (10 min) : piscine chauffée, lac, tennis, pêche...

Notez que nous sommes au bout d'une route et qu'il n'y a donc aucun véhicule qui passe devant la maison ou qui traverse l'espace extérieur.

This comfortable cottage, built on 3 levels, welcomes your desires of nature, calm and serenity.

Old Ardèche house renovated with love according to ecological principles (water saving toilets, solar water heaters ...) where the wood work, the wall coatings, the mosaics of the bathrooms and the decoration make this place warm and cocooning.

On the ground floor, fully equipped kitchen, dining room (wood stove), bathroom and toilet.

1st, large living room (sofa bed for 2 people, DVD + screen, many games, library), 2 rooms for 2 people and 1 room for 3 people (1 double bed and 1 single bed). Large bathroom decorated with mosaics with 3 showers, eco-friendly toilet water saving.

2nd, 1 room 2 people (bed twin) and 1 attic dormitory equipped with 4 beds 1 person. Attic shower room decorated with mosaics, eco-friendly toilet with water saving.

Outside, you can relax with the soft sound of spring streaming, make a kubb or a molkky with the family, or a walk in the woods that border the house. Many hiking trails depart from the cottage (topo hiking and mountain biking guide at your disposal).

Internet connection, central heating, solar water heater, garden furniture, inner courtyard. All services and shops in Vernoux (10 min): heated pool, lake, tennis, fishing ...

Note that we are at the end of a road and therefore there is no vehicle passing in front of the house or crossing the outside space.
